Project No. ASF22-008-00 Bexar County Adult Detention Center Crawl Space Project Sealed proposals for furnishing all the labor and materials and doing all work in connection with the Bexar County Adult Detention Center Crawl Space Project, which includes excavating of soil in existing crawl space and renovating the Crawl Space below Towers B and C of the Adult Detention Center. Time is of the essence. Bids received after the exact time and date set for submission above will be returned unopened. Suppliers can view open events, submit bids, see required documents, etc. at this site. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Prepare existing Crawl Space area by excavating +/- 21,000 cubic yards of soil and renovating the Crawl Space below Towers B and C of the Adult Detention Center (refer to attachment 1 Bexar County Crawl Space Environmental Sampling and Testing Report). Create a 7' clear subgrade space below building B & C. Provide a 6" mud slab. Crawl Space shall include two (2) entry points. One access point is to add a staircase from the courtyard to access the crawl space. Second access point is through the mechanical room by adding a ship ladder with a hatch to access the crawl space. Other scope related to the plumbing is to add a new sewer ejector stations to keep the space dry.
