Landfill Environmental Monitoring and Consulting Services, Groundwater Sampling and Gas Monitoring Calvert County Government is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide all labor material, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide landfill environmental monitoring and consulting services, including sampling, analysis, and reporting services of landfill groundwater, gas, and leachate, as needed, in accordance with these specifications. Written questions shall be due on or before june 22, 2022 by 3:00 p.M. (local prevailing time). Final written questions shall be due on or before july 1, 2022 by 3:00 p.M. (local prevailing time). All questions shall be submitted to the procurement office at taylor.Smith@calvertcountymd.gov. The term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year from date indicated in the Notice to Proceed, or otherwise indicated by Calvert County Government, with the option of extending the Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. Calvert County Government shall award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to its right to reject any or all bids Calvert County Government reserves the right to award a Contract by individual items, in the aggregate, or in combination thereof, and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of Calvert County Government. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
