Integral Care currently employs approximately 950 full-time, part-time and relief employees, and operates approximately 46 business locations of varying types (e.g., office, residential) throughout the Austin/Travis County area. Integral Care is seeking proposals ("Proposals") for furniture and equipment ("Goods") to furnish the interior of a newly-renovated office building located at 6937 North IH-35, Austin, Texas 78754, and which meet the specifications shown in Attachment A "Specifications". Delivery, uncrating, assembly and placement of the Goods is required (collectively, the "Services"). Goods must be stored by the Successful Proposer (as defined below) and delivered no later than thirty (30) days after Integral Care requests delivery (the "Delivery Period"). Integral Care anticipates awarding one (1) contract for the Goods and Services commencing on approximately August 1, 2022 (the "Contract"). Any Contract awarded as a result of this RFP will be prepared by Integral Care, and any Proposer (as defined below) selected for a Contract award may be referred to herein as a "Successful Proposer". All questions with respect to either the RFP specifications or process that are received by the Question Submission Deadline will be responded to in writing to all those known to have requested a copy of the RFP. Integral Care reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Proposals, to waive informalities or defects in Proposals, or to accept such Proposal(s) as it shall deem to be of the best value to Integral Care.
