The General Services Administration, Public Building Service is seeking sources capable of performing the work to be performed hereunder includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, material (unless otherwise noted) of all work requested to perform construction services to renovate the Social Security Administration - Office of Hearings Operations (SSA-OHO) located in the Federal Office Building Little Rock, Arkansas. A summary of the work is as follows: .Addressing need for asbestos abatement .Provide (3) additional hearing rooms for a total of 7 .Bring office into Space Allocations Standards Compliance .Improve space organization .New/Updated IT, Security and CCTV equipment .Clear separation of public and employee spaces .Maximizing daylight and natural light .Recommendations for acoustical solutions which provide a balance between collaborative work and focused concentration on individual tasks. The federal building with will remain occupied and operational throughout construction. The estimated cost range for all work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220, commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5 Million. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 14 Months to complete.
