Renovation of a fire / police facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Project Shall Include Renovation of the Fire Training Academy Women's Locker Room. Project Location: 2029 Riverside Dr., Suite 202, Columbus, Ohio. FTA Women's Locker Room Renovation includes items listed and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents: a. Remove and store for reuse lockers and benches. b. Demolition of existing showers, including concrete topping slab. c. Removal of existing paint on concrete floor and prepping for new paint. d. Removal of some existing walls and doors. e. Cutting into CMU walls for new doors. f. Installing new showers and plumbing fixtures. g. Installing gypsum on metal studs and CMU walls. h. Ceramic tile on CMU and gypsum board. i. New ACT ceiling systems j. New doors Firms Wishing to Submit a Bid Must Meet the Mandatory Requirements Stated in the Ifb, Including Being Prequalified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification. The overall MBE goal is 25 percent representing 19 percent for construction and 6 percent for professional services. The overall WBE goal is 19 percent representing 11 percent for construction and 8 percent for professional services. All work shall be substantially complete within 150 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
