All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. WORKS DURATION The work required under this invitation to tender must be completely completed within 5 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable start date of the work is August 30, 2022. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No tender guarantee is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years. TERMS Only bids submitted by bidders who meet the following conditions will be considered: 1- have, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal office hours; 2- have the required qualifications and hold the licenses required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B 1.1).
