Renovation of a library in Middletown, New Jersey. Design plans call for the renovation of a 15,000-square-foot library.
Architectural Services for the Redesign and Renovation of a portion of the Middletown Township Public Library consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet. Bidders are required to comply with applicable statutory requirements set forth in the Contract Documents including the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127(NJSA 17:27) (Affirmative Action) and of P.L. 1963, c. 150 (Prevailing Wage). Middletown Township Public Library reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the Library. QUESTIONS: No oral interpretation shall be made to any bidder as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents nor be effective to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents. Questions concerning this notice may be directed to Wendy L. LaTona, CPM Business Manager The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
