This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Santa Rosa, California. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for a Greenhouse Gas Inventory. The goal of this RFP is to develop a comprehensive and rigorous inventory of GHG emissions associated with all of the County's facilities and operations. The inventory produced must meet all of the following objectives: o Identify, describe, and categorize emissions sources in a manner that facilitates action planning and implementation; o Identify and quantify greenhouse gas and non-greenhouse gas air pollution emissions, as well as underlying activity factors on which the emissions are based (such as energy use, water use, and vehicle miles traveled); o Incorporate the location of emissions and the extent of the County's control over specific emissions sources, and where co-emissions may have a localized impact; o Embody sufficient specificity and detail to reflect emissions changes that result from actions taken over time; o Organize and present emissions information in a way that can be readily displayed in a visual format and communicated to decision-makers and the public; o Incorporate metrics and key indicators for emissions categories and functional activity groupings that can be tracked over time to represent directional progress between inventory updates; o Employ protocols and techniques that support independent third-party verification. For questions regarding this specific solicitation, email anna.yip@sonoma-county.org. The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2022, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $16.75 per hour, an increase over the previous $15.00 per hour. The adjustment was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on December 14, 2021, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate. Login to the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal to view the RFP/Q and all supplemental documents.
