Compared to call for tenders #22-19262 which took place last spring and which was cancelled, this new call for tenders presents several important modifications. Thus, the duration of the contract has increased from 13 to 32 months with 2 years of optional extensions, the use of subcontracting has been extended considerably and the contract is no longer all-inclusive.
