The work consists of General Construction Contracts to perform the reconstruction and associated work at the Main Building and new Athletic Storage Building for the Salmon River Central School District. Supply all labor, materials, equipment, appliances and incidentals required and necessary for layout, installing and performing the general, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work associated with the Phase 5 Improvements at the Salmon River Central School District, located in Fort Covington, NY Bidding documents will be delivered via UPS Ground Services upon request and receipt of an additional nonrefundable delivery and handling charge of Forty-Five Dollars ($45.00) per set, payable by Separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. Sets can also be overnight delivered to Upstate New York locations for a nonrefundable delivery and handling charge of Fifty-Five Dollars ($55.00) per set. All requests for sets to be delivered to locations outside of Upstate New York will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Deposits for documents, which are not returned within this 30-day period, will not be refundable. Each Bidder must deposit, with his Bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
