The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the "City") is requesting proposals to establish a contract for as-needed security services at various city locations, with work to commence on or about September 2022, and be completed on August 31, 2023. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Firms who fail to meet the minimum qualifications set forth below should not submit a proposal; any such proposal shall be deemed non-responsive and not be considered. 1) Minimum three (3) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. 2) Private patrol operator shall be licensed with the State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
