The purpose of this Screening Information Request is to request specific information necessary for the FAA to determine which vendors meet the FAA's minimum qualification requirements for this solicitation. The Request for Offer (RFO) Phase II will be issued to the prequalified contractors (short-list) which is limited to the highest final overall scoring six (6) Offerors or fewer (if six contractors do not meet the requirements of the SIR). The Request for Offer (RFO) Phase II will be issued to the prequalified contractors (short-list) in late July 2022. Contract award is anticipated to be made by October 2022. Electronic standard design plans, specifications and other documents will be issued to the prequalified contractors at the RFO stage.
