Project Name: Raised Pavement Markers & Curve Signs/Various Locations Project (TRACS) Number: T0354 03D District: North West Route/MP: Various Locations Funding Source: Construction Funding FY: FY 2023 Design of raised pavement markers and curve warning signs on various Mohave County roads to increase driver awareness and aid in the reduction of crash rates. The design consultant shall lead the project development that will improve driver awareness by installation of raised pavement markers and upgrading existing curve warning signs to fluorescent sheeting. Stage submittals will consist of Stage III, Stage IV and Final PS&E. The Project Establishment Letter shall serve as the scoping document. The scope of work should include field surveys and or field inventory of signs to be performed as needed. Right of way is established and held by Mohave County for this Project. No additional right of way is anticipated to be required. Mohave County will investigate and document utilities within the project limits and submit findings to ADOT determining prior rights or no prior rights. Environmental considerations are CE only and no other environmental considerations for this project are expected. The consultant shall provide a bid package which includes plans, specifications and estimates for construction. The design consultant shall also provide necessary project management tasks including coordination, meetings, project schedule updates and comment responses. Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform will be required. Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SOI DUE DATE at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
