Questions regarding the proposal should be directed in writing to Mr. Matthew Curwin, IT Support Technician via email at matthew.curwin@wheatlandcounty.ca.Wheatland County is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to upgrade our current Council Chambers and Emergency Control Center (ECC) meeting room systems to better support simple to use, high fidelity audio/video, and hybrid style meetings going forward. A significant asset would be to provide, install the solution between July 13th and August 12th, 2022 (understanding that supply chain issues may make this difficult). If this is not possible, are able to complete the Council Chambers in 1-2 weeks of scheduled start time (between council meetings). The entire system completed before the end of October 2022. waive any formality, informality or technicality in any Proposal, whether of a minor and inconsequential nature, or whether of a substantial or material nature
