Renovation of an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 73,630-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

The timeline for award has not yet been established.** All work on this Contract is to be completed by August 14th, 2026, starting on or after the University's Notice to Proceed is received which shall be forwarded to the Contractor(s) upon approval of the contract of the New York State Comptroller The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Work shall be conducted in two (2) phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated: 1. Phase 1 scope include full renovation of first floor including exterior windows. Exterior sidewalk replacement, Second floor window replacement complete with related interior scope with associated mechanical and electrical work. Third and fourth floor balancing of mechanical systems for existing toilet rooms. Work of this phase shall commence May 19th 2025 and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy May 18th 2026. 2. Phase 2 scope is specific to Alternate Bid #1 referred to specification section 012300. This alternate scope includes additional window replacement work and associated repairs. Work of this phase shall commence May 18th and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy August 3rd 2026. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. B. Preceding Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations are scheduled to be substantially complete before work under this Contract begins. 1. Removal of existing office and library furniture 2. Removal of library bookshelves. 3.
