**As of 7/1/2022 No awards yet no timeframe. All materials and each part or detail of the work shall be subject at all times to observation by the Engineer and the Owner, and the Contractor will be held strictly to the intent of the Contract Documents in regard to quality of materials, workmanship and the diligent execution of the Contract. Observations may be made at the site or at the source of material supply, whether mill, plant or shop. The Engineer shall be allowed access to all parts of the work and shall be furnished with such information and assistance by the contractor as is required to make his observations and construction review All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond which shall have, as security therefore, either a Corporate Surety or a certified or cashiers check payable to the West Wheatfield Township Supervisors, same to be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid Proposal submitted. All Corporate Sureties must be registered in the State of Pennsylvania. No Bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the same has been filed with the West Wheatfield Township Supervisors. Notice is hereby given that the Contractors are subject to provisions of the PA Prevailing Wage Act. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). West Wheatfield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
