The RFP packet may be e-mailed upon request. Each proposal submitted must include a Non-Collusion Affidavit in a form acceptable to SPWA, or the proposal submitted will not be considered. Contract requirements shall include compliance as required by law pertaining to the practice of non-discrimination in employment. All qualified applicants submitting timely proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth In the RFP packet will receive consideration of its proposal without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age or physical handicap. The successful bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish commercial general liability insurance, commercial automobile insurance and workman's compensation insurance, as well as a performance bond acceptable to the SPWA in conformance with the proposed contract documents. The performance bond shall be for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. All proposals received will be opened in public at Skiatook City Hall, 110 North Broadway, Skiatook, Oklahoma, on June 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The SPWA retains the right to reject any and all proposals if circumstances require such action. After review and analysis of proposals received by the Public Works Director, City Attorney and the City Manager, the recommended Notice of Award and Approval will be presented to the Trustees of the Skiatook Public Works Authority for their final consideration and possible action no later than 45 days from the bid opening.
