Proposals must be made on the standard Proposal Form, in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications. Each Proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and contract description on the outside, and addressed to: Purchasing Agent, City of Camden, City Hall, Room 105, Sixth and Market Streets, Camden, New Jersey. The Bidder to whom the City of Camden proposes to award the Contract will be required to furnish Performance, Maintenance, and Payment Bonds and the necessary insurance certificates as prescribed in the General Conditions and the Supplementary Conditions upon the execution of the Contract. The right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law is expressly reserved by the authority of the City Council of the City of Camden.
