Furnish all materials, equipment, labour, and supervision and performing all operations necessary for the completion of Mississippi State Port Authority "East Pier Rail Repairs" project at Gulfport, Mississippi as described in the contract documents. Repairs will include the following: replacement of ties, ballast and bolts; track regaining; track resurfacing; replacement of switch stands & head block ties; installation of at-grade crossing; installation of railroad crossing signs; and replacement of rail, sole plates and bolts inside the Shed 50 warehouse.
