The Frazier School District is accepting bid proposals for the replacement of carpet in its High School/Community Library located at 142 Constitution Street, Perryopolis, Pennsylvania 15473. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set forth in the opening of the bids. Frazier School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or any parts thereof, to waive any informality in any bid, to require a modification of the contract terms and any time, and to select the bidder who, in the opinion of the School District, will meet the best interests of the School District, provided that nothing herein shall be deemed to waive any requirement of federal, state, or local law. Under no circumstances will the School District be responsible for the cost of preparing any bid.
