** As of 08/08/2022, Hanover Borough Council Jul 27 Regular Meeting Consideration of a motion to approve the award of the bid for the 2022 Water Main Replacement Project to EK Services, Inc. at a cost of $1,332,548.32. The Project consists of replacement of approximately 3,200 lineal feet of ductile iron pipe water main and appurtenances including gate and butterfly valves, tapping sleeve and valve, insertion valves, linestops, new fire hydrants, new water services and reconnection of water services and incidental work including pavement replacement in roadway and concrete walkway replacement. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
