Renovation of a mixed-use development in Deer Park, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,173-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of August 12,2022, project was awarded to Topwater Construction Services LLC but awarded amount is not available.** Project Description: Furnish and install new emergency generators and related work as indicated in the construction documents. Competitive Sealed Proposals are solicited in accordance with applicable law, including Chapter 2269, Subchapter D, of Texas Government Code for selection of Contractor and award of Contract on the basis of price, qualifications and methodology. Location: 4709 Center Street (formerly Luby's), Deer Park, Texas 77536 Proposal security bonds must be submitted with each proposal in the amount of 10 percent of the proposal amount. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of proposals without the consent of the Owner. Proposers must be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bonds, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner and as described in the construction documents will be required of the successful Proposer All Work of this Contract shall be substantially completed no later than January 20, 2023, the estimated completion date. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities.
