This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the "LCBO") to prospective proponents (each a "Proponent") to submit a proposal ("Proposal") for Building Condition Assessment (BCA) services for all applicable LCBO Service Locations throughout the Province of Ontario (the "Program"), as further described in the RFP package. Late submissions will not be considered. Bids must be in English. This procurement may be subject to Chapter 5 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement ("CETA").
