Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Dallas is seeking to construct a new Public Works Building to house administrative, community operations and fleet maintenance divisions. The proposed building will be approximately 13,000 sq. feet in size utilizing a pre-manufactured steel frame building with metal roof and siding. The building will be located at the City's Public Works Shops property located at 536 SE Mill Street, Dallas, Oregon. The City seeks to engage the services of a professional Architect to complete an interior spatial layout and all interior design plans and specifications and to provide construction phase architectural services necessary for said project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
