Traffic Signals and St Lighting Repair Management System. The New York City Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from appropriately qualified vendors to provide a complete Repair Contract Management Solution for the Traffic Signals and Street Light electrical systems in the City of New York. The project requires developing enhanced mobile work order management and asset tracking capabilities to provide electronic diagnostics to streamline the repair process and to track the repairs and the repair resources with electronic GPS tracking and time stamping. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is released through PASSPort, New York City's online procurement portal. Responses to this RFP must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the RFP, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at website and click on the Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort blue box. Doing so will take one to the public portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the RFP, insert the EPIN, 84122P0014, into the Keyword search field. In order to respond to the RFP, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. Those wishing to attend must email the authorized agency contact for the ZOOM link by no later than 5:00 pm on 6/22/22. This procurement is subject to participation goals for Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) as required by Section 6-129 of the New York Administrative Code.
