Renovation of a residential development in Wallingford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The WALLINGFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY (WHA) is seeking to engage the services of qualified licensed General Contractors to provide professional services for Multifamily construction and rehabilitation of residential units located at Ulbrich Heights, Louis Circle, South Elm Street and Tremper Drive. This solicitation is intended to create a pre-qualified pool of qualified general contractors from which to solicit bids for the work funded by the CT Department of Housing Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and CT State Sponsored Housing Portfolio (SSHP) grant program. Project is subject to Davis-Bacon wages, compliance with certain local, state, and federal requirements including but not limited to Section 3 Any written questions must be submitted to Sophia Rosa via e-mail.
