As of July 25 the project was awarded to Davis Furniture Company, no awarded amount available.. Questions: Contractor questions about this RFP will be due by Noon on June 15, 2022. Contractors are to submit questions, in writing to Contracting Officer, Bonfire at portal. Submit through the Messages, Q&A Opportunities section. Addendum: If necessary, the District will issue an addendum to the solicitation with clarifications. The designated period of performance will be December 19, 2022, through December 31, 2022, Substantial Completion. * Contractor must fully complete the project by January 30, 2023. (including clearing punch list items, submitting closeout documents, and clearing all related inspections and testing). *Substantial Completion for this project is defined as, complete clean and ready to use.
