It is the intent of the City of Mansfiels Public Works Department to obtain an annual price for the purchase of concrete repair and paving services. All work will be on an as needed project bases with an estimated expenditure of $1,000,000 to $1,250,000 per year. Concrete repair and paving services include, but is not limited to, removing and replacing street pavements, sidewalks, curbs and driveways. All work is to meet the latest City of Mansfield Specifications, Standard Construction Details and NCTCOG Public Works Construction Standards The work shall include the following: saw-cut, over-excavate 2", remove and dispose of excavated street material, compact subgrade, replace and finish concrete per specifications along with re-sod disturbed areas. All aggregate shall be 100% crushed angular stone with a maximum size of 1". The contractor will be responsible for erosion control, repair of irrigation, mailboxes and all traffic control that meets MUTCD standards. The website will be updated with addend, or other information relevant to bidding the Project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
