Will rebid probably next month.** Design and installation of a new automatic sprinkler system and riser room for the Town of Clayton Fire Station #1 and facility expansion of Town of Clayton Fire Station #2 including design and installation of a new automatic sprinkler system. Justification of any approvals will be made available to the public in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to bid date. Requests for clarifications and questions pre/post pre-bid meeting must be received by the Town no later than 4:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on September 27, 2022. The Town will not entertain any further questions after this date. All questions will be answered by issuance of Addendum no later than September 29, 2022, on the NC Interactive Purchasing Site (IPS). The issuance of such written responses is the only official method by which interpretation, clarification or additional information will be given by the Town. Only requests answered by formal written responses will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
