Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as "City") is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23 for Professional Services, from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors). The Offeror shall provide professional engineering, architectural, landscape architecture, environmental graphic design, and public engagement services for the Central Parkway Streetscape Feasibility Study to prepare, present, and determine a Preferred Alternative in compliance with the Ohio Department Of Transportation Project Development Process, (ODOT-PDP).
