The expansion of the existing softball bullpen on the south side of the existing softball field. Scope of work also includes landscape and irrigation improvements/modifications associated with the partial removal of existing fence, the expansion of the new chain link fence and the installation of mow-strip in the existing turf. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess at a minimum the following State of California Contractor License and Certification: A California Class "A" and/or "B" and/or "C-13" contractor's license is required to Bid this contract. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. A bid bond by an admitted California surety insurer on the form provided by the District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work.
