Project YSU 2324-29 Building Exterior Door and Window Replacements at 1 Tressel Way Youngstown, Ohio 44555 for the Youngstown State University. 1. The Work consists of but is not limited to the following items which are described within the Drawings and Specifications. a. General Contractor (Single Prime Contractor) i. Responsible for all work defined within the drawings and specifications. This includes all general work items associated with removal and replacement of existing doors, frames and associated hardware. ii. Wet sealing of existing window units. iii. Responsible for scheduling and coordination of all subcontractors and trades. iv. Project management duties shall include running project meetings, recording and distribution of meeting minutes and maintaining a project schedule through project completion. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is approximately 150 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed.
