Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Piqua, Ohio. Design plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of January 5, 2024, an architect firm has been selected and this project is in design. A bid for a contractor is expected to be released February-March 2024. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, construction is anticipated to begin summer of 2024. detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This project is to build (2) new locker rooms and coaches offices on the west side of the Convocation Center and renovate an existing space for a weight/training room for the student athletes in the North Hall area of our campus. The College has developed a Program of Requirements ("POR") for this project . Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Harold Hitchcock at hhitchcock@edisonohio.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website at online on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document.
