Renovation of a medical facility in Verdun, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the Hospital building. The scope of the project includes upgrades to the operating room ventilation system. TIMELINE: The owner has split the project into construction packages and awarded by invitation a contract to the the firm Méca Contrôle for the supply and installation of first two air conditioning units. Construction is underway. If/when subsequent sub trade tenders are issued, they will be followed in new separate reports. Note. The firm Méca Contrôle is a subsidiary of Les Entreprises J.F. Marois Co.
