Renovation of an educational facility in Toledo, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
These funds will be used to replace the roofs on College Hall and the Fire Science/Law Enforcement Center. The existing roofs have reached the end of their useful lives. H.B. 529 provided $300,000 in this line item to replace the roofs on the Health Technologies Building, Bicentennial Hall, and Veterans Hall for the FY 2019-FY 2020 capital biennium. This project is in included in the Legislative Service Commission, Inc. FY 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 8, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
