Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and 600-square-foot, two-room clubhouse / community center.
**As of August 4, 2022 bids coming in drastically over budget. There are no plans at this point to re-bid the project.** Renovate the restrooms at Naga-Waukee War Memorial Golf Course Clubhouse. Renovations include demolishing existing locker/restrooms and updating them into ADA accessible facilities. Bid Bond 10% Bids will be submitted using the Bid Form provided herein. Bid security shall be by a qualified surety in the form of Bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of Bid amount, and shall be submitted with the Bid. Bidders shall agree to not withdraw the Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after due date of Bids. Bidders Proof of Responsibility, provided herein, shall be completed and submitted (5) five days prior to bid due date. Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract price, satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance. Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid documents shall submit a written request to parksinfo@waukeshacounty.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
