Window Replacement and Modifications at Various Campuses Attala County School District ESSER 3 Project Locations: Site One - Greenlee Elementary School 26050 MS-12 McCool, MS 39108 Site Two - Ethel High School 2178 College Street Ethel, MS 39067 Site Three - McAdams High School 6315 Co Rd 4167 Sallis, MS 39160 This project scope pf work includes three (3) school sites under one contract. The work is funded by ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Federal Funded. The work includes but not limited to replacement of existing windows and in- filling exterior wall openings as indicated in the construction documents. Proposals shall be submitted only upon the blank proposal forms provided with the Specifications and must be accompanied by Proposal Security in the form of Certified Check or acceptable Bid Bond in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Base Bid; such security to be forfeited as liquidated damages, not penalty, by any bidder who fails to carry out the terms of the proposal, execute a contract and post Performance and Payment Bonds in the form and amount within the time specified. The Bid Bond, if used, shall be payable to the Owner. Bid proposals must be received on or before the scheduled time for opening of bids and no bid may be withdrawn after the declared closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of Thirty (30) days. All bids submitted in excess of $50,000 by a Prime or Subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance, or related work must be in compliance with and subject to Sections 31-3-15 and 31-3-21 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as annotated and amended, and in all case law pertaining thereto. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject any and all bids and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to Thirty (30) days.
