Reference number : 1611977 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-16 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (Quote for 1 year, 3 years and 5 years) Object of the contract: the Municipality of Sainte-Ursule is requesting public tenders for the maintenance of winter roads within the limits of the said Municipality, for a period of one (1), three (3), five (5) years. Only tenders presented on the forms for this purpose will be accepted. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid for the first year must be submitted with the bid. The Municipality of Sainte-Ursule does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the submissions. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
