As of May 15, 2024, this project is in design. An architect and construction manager have been selected. Demo and utility work has been bid and expected to begin May 2024. UMBA is seeking Architectural and Engineering Services for the Sustainable Engineering Laboratories Building (SEL) for the College of Engineering on the University of Massachusetts Amherst Campus. New 100,000 gsf bldg. with Research Labs for various Centers (Energy Transition, Wind Energy, Ocean Renewable Energy/Wave Lab, Transportation, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Climate Adaptation, Materials Science), Cleanroom & instructional space.
