Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/02/02 02:00:00 PM EST Miller Lash House Exterior Ramp The Design and Construction Management department requires general contracting services for the construction of an exterior accessible ramp at the Miller Lash House located at 130 Old Kingston Road, Toronto Ontario on the University of Toronto Scarborough campus. Work included is as follows: The construction work includes an external cast-in-place concrete ramp graded at no more than 5% to achieve an accessible path from the Miller Lash House to the drop off area in front and paved event space in behind the building. Plantings and restored/sodded areas are subject to post-construction monitoring by the contractor during the two-year plant establishment period The project is located within the Regulated Floodplain and subject to permits from the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) as well as the City of Toronto Ravine and Natural Features Protection By-law Plantings and restored/sodded areas are subject to post-construction monitoring by the contractor during the two-year plant establishment period Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
