Renovation of a medical facility in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.

Request for proposal for Construction Manager (CM) services which involves the development of the construction plans and manage construction for the building renovation at Prairie North Plaza 4910 50 St #115, Lloydminster SK. The total construction budget for all suites is a combined $450,000. The CM will be expected to work with the Project Management Team to redefine the scope to fit within the total project budget. SHA intends to enter into a CCDC5B, 2010 Edition contract including supplementary conditions with the successful CM.
