Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in East Palo Alto, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Placement of (1) relocatable restroom building, utility connections, and repaving and restriping of (1) set of accessible parking spaces. The successful Bidder and all subcontractors shall pay all workers for all Work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District June 22, 2022 - Award June 28, 2022 - Contract signed and insurance certs due June 29, 2022 - Contract executed June 29, 2022 - NTP onsite start 40 calendar day duration Aug 8, 2022 - Final Completion SITE VISIT and SCOPE of WORK Call Tom Hodges (650-296-8087) cell to coordinate a site visit if needed.
