The Ministry of Forests invites tenders for Archaeological Impact Assessments for Wildfire Risk Reduction Activities within the Northeast Region where Areas of Potential within the following Work Areas have been identified: .719C337: 152 ha in Wonowon .719C371: 105 ha in Tumbler Ridge North .719C418: Fort Nelson Pipeline Bypass North (131 ha) .719C419: Fort Nelson Pipeline Bypass South (178 ha) The contractor must have archaeologists able to work in the Northeast Region and meet the conditional requirements of Wildfire Heritage Investigation Permit #2020-0034 (Amendment 005). Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (TCA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
