Reference number : 1613375 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès , as prime contractor, is requesting tenders for repair work on rue Principale and 6 e Rang over a length of approximately 3,440 metres. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès, must accompany the bid. The bid security must be accompanied by a letter of commitment relating to the issuance of a performance bond and a bond for wages, materials and services, each for 50% of the total bid. Only persons, firms and companies who hold an appropriate license under the Law on the professional qualification of building contractors and who have obtained the tender document via the Electronic Tendering System are eligible to bid. The Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès does not accept offers sent by fax or e-mail, any bid sent in this way will be automatically rejected. The Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès does not undertake to accept either the lowest bidder or any of the bids.
