As of November 1, 2022, this project is in final planning stage. Construction is anticipated to commence December 2022 and be complete December 2024. 15,800 SF PEMB will be the new central laundry facility for processing state hospital laundry. This project will consist of new site work including utilities, drainage, driveways, & parking lots; concrete slab on grade foundations with spread footings; metal stud interior partitions; aluminum storefront windows and doors; hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware; miscellaneous carpentry items, millwork, blocking and paneling; finishes including LVT, ceramic tile and stained concrete flooring, acoustical ceiling, paint; HVAC equipment and ducting; plumbing fixtures and associated domestic water and septic system; electrical light fixtures, power systems including panel boards, transformers, switches; technology cabling and terminations. The new laundry facility will utilize both new and existing laundry equipment that will be placed by Pellerin, but final connections by subcontractors. 288 Sf PEMB housing a new booster pump that will be facilitating the new laundry facility. This package will also consist of some underground utility work; SOG; plumbing; electrical light fixtures, power systems including panel boards, transformers, switches, cabling, backup generator, and terminations.
