Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Tappahannock Building Repairs located at 1211 Tappahannock Boulevard, Tappahannock, VA 22560. The project is generally described as the removal of the existing damaged masonry construction and installation of new masonry construction and lintels for vehicular openings. Work includes but is not limited to masonry, masonry repairs, sheet metal work, steel or masonry lintels, vinyl soffits and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. SET-ASIDES: This solicitation is a set-aside for DSBSD-certified small/micro business participation only. DSBSD certified small/micro businesses are those businesses that hold current small business certification from the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity DSBSD - certified women- and minority-owned businesses are also considered small businesses when they have received DSBSD small business certification. Small businesses must be certified by DSBSD not later than the solicitation due date. Solicitation responses from non DSBSD-certified small/micro businesses will be rejected.
