Renovation of a municipal facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide a 25-year product warranty. Warranty shall state that the installed cable system will be free off defects and will meet or exceed the requirements of the applicable EIA/TIA standards for a period of 25 years. Warranty repairs shall cover all material and labor. The Vendor shall pass along to the County any additional warranties offered by the manufacturers, at no additional costs to the County, should said warranties extend beyond the period specified herein. Bid will be lump sum to include all requirements listed in the Project Specifications as well as the above-mentioned warranty. A PO will be issued no later than end day July 1st. This project must be completed by 3:00 pm September 16, 2022. If a contractor does not feel this completion date is realistic, please propose an alternate completion date at the site visit. The County will consider issuing an addendum to reflect an updated completion date. Any questions that come up and require additional information will be posted electronically. Outagamie County has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this bid and to reject any and all bids received prior to award, to waive any or all informalities and or irregularities, or to re-advertise with either an identical or revised specification.
