Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lebanon, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The basketball court at 479 Exeter Rd recreation area was constructed 20 plus years ago and shows significant wear, with cracks of varying widths and lengths throughout the court. The basketball court currently measures 110' wide by 120' long with the marked court. Area has two NCAA basketball courts at 94' by 50' with a 10' space between them. The perimeter is 5' at the ends of the 120' and 8' at the side. The Town of Lebanon seeks an experienced contractor to fully reconstruct the basketball court. All of the pavement and sub-base will need to be removed if unsuitable or alternate means as such as pulverizing, and the 4 basketball poles secured or removed until reinstalled.
