Site work and paving for a road / highway in Newport, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of New Haven will be accepting sealed bids for the 2022/2023 Project Cycle of the Local Road Improvement Program. The project consists of the following: Full depth pulverization of existing pavement, haul and spread a 3 inch gravel lift, water, grade and compact. Pave a 2 inch compacted thickness using 4MT 58-28 S Hot Mix and install a 2 foot shoulder. Price to include paving into driveways and approaches. Project is located on First Lane from Golden Ave to Golden Ln, a distance of .52 miles with 20 ft width. Also, Golden Ave. from Glen Ln to First Ln, a distance of .13 miles with 20 ft width. Contact Chairman Tory Wolfram at 608-697-1118 for any questions and to obtain a bid sheet with additional information. Bidder is responsible for final measurements and material estimates. All material and workmanship must be in accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Standards and Specifications. Material testing and compliance may be monitored during this project. The Town of New Haven reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid or bids deemed most advantageous to the town and county.
