As of July 11, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 14, 2022. Each proposal must be signed and shall be submitted on the forms provided, must contain the full names of the party or parties making the same and all persons interested therein, and must be accompanied by a bid bond for 100% of the Bid amount or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank made unconditionally payable to the City of Willoughby Hills in amount of equal to not less than 10% of the Bid amount submitted by the bidder. The character and amount of the Bid Performance Bonds are also stated in the Instruction to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after scheduled closing date for receipt of bids.
